Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
FanciPaws is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll replace or refund the item as appropriate.
