At FanciPaws, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used by pets

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at info@fancipaws.com with photos of the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
